Shipping Policy

R&S Pharma Ceutical has two different levels of delivery service depending on its local store presence. Most areas of Karachi, Lahore, Hyderabad,and Sahiwal come under R&S Pharma Ceutical service zones. All other areas in Pakistan come under non-service zones. The following fees apply to R&S Pharma Ceutical deliveries:

Service Zones

A. Order Value below Rs. 5000 - Rs. 159 delivery fee
B. Order value Rs. 5000 and above - Free Delivery


Non-Service Zones

A. Order weight below 0.5 kg - Rs. 300 delivery fee
B. Order weight above 0.5 kg - Rs. 300 delivery fee, plus Rs. 300 for each additional kg above 0.5 kg.

Some additional items to consider:

  • Delivery in cities other than Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, and Sahiwal shall be considered as delivery in non-service zones.
  • In case of delivery charges of more than Rs. 300, our call center agent will call the customer to inform them of the excess delivery charges before confirming the order from the customer.
  • The customer should ensure the delivery as per bill at the time of receipt of goods.
  • For all non-service zones, R&S Pharma Ceutical is partnering with a third party logistics provider to provide its services to customers.
  • Milk items, Injections, fridge items, liquid Items, and glass bottles cannot be delivered in non-service zones
